Same reason as given earlier I felt that the oil change wasn’t done due to the fact that the oil was
black and the outside of the oil filter was covered In dirty grime which should not be the case on a new filter, when I Rang up to enquire if this had been done I was treated very poorly and and not happy with the way I was spoken to. All this despite the fact that I have been a loyal customer to this garage since 1997 and have spent nearly €200000 euro there on new cars, services and repairs during this time. Very disappointed and questioning wether to deal there again in the future Same reason as given earlier

I have used this garage for several years. Generally the customer service is very good but some of the
phone conversations can be a little abrupt. I feel I have to 'prepare' myself before making or taking a call to the service department.
